7 years post upper bleph - can this be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I had an upper bleph 7 years ago with great results. I have developed skin or fat or something on the inner corner of the lid and i dont like it at all. It seems to have come out of nowhere, suddenly. Can this be fixed? Thank you.

Difficult to tell from your photo. Often the medial fat pad can become more apparent if not treated during your original surgery. Also, as your brows come down with time, additional skin can accumulate in the inner corner. Best to see an eyelid specialist for the best treatment options.

Congratulations, your eyelids still look excellent. You do have a small amount of redundant skin, which is inevitable over time, which has developed on the inner aspect of your eye. A very small, judicious revision of your upper eyelid may help to remove that. Speak with your plastic surgeon about performing this easily under local anesthesia.   Best wishes.

What you describe is most likely your Caruncula witch a normal part of your anatomy, and has always been there.
Consider reading up on the anatomy in this region of the body to get a better understanding of the structures in that area.
