Is there a noticeable ( visible on the result) difference between subfascial or submuscular placement? I have minimal body fat/minimal gland so I am not suitable for subfascial placement but at the same time not under the muscle due to sport. But the doctor said there will be visible edges and I don't want that, I'm thinking of stopping lifting weights and rather implant under the muscle..
