Based on your photos, you appear to have very thin nasal skin, and the vertical line going in between your nasal tip cartilages is the natural bifurcation in between your right and left tip cartilages that may have become more visible after rhinoplasty surgery. If I had to guess, your nasal appearance was better 3 months postoperative than it is now. The changes you are seeing are because nearly, if not all, of your nasal swelling is diminished. To make a quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took. The contour of your nose is the reflection of the different anatomical components which may or may not have been manipulated from your previous procedure depending on what type of rhinoplasty you had done. It’s difficult to say what can cause color changes, but chronic sun exposure can lead to reddening of the skin.
It’s difficult to give you a quality assessment based on limited information.
