Tip irregularities and split - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Im over a year postop and i have all tjese irregularities on my tip, spots where my skin blanches and a red stripe, over my tip and entire columella, that get extra obvious when i smile. What could have caused this and how could it be fixed? My surgeon ghosted me unfortunately when i asked about other deformities..
