Over 1 year post peri top surgery - Can I do something about my scars? (Photos)

Had peri Top surgery 1 year and 4 months ago, I don't really like the scars or the size, could I do something about it? One of them has a hard part and the nipple is like a mountain instead of a volcano, the point of it also turns yellow a lot of times and it hurts.

Since you are young and your over-all breast volume is not too large, a periareolar, subcutaneous mastectomy is the best option. The scar would only be located on the lower half of the areola borders and your results will be pleasing.
