Can I Remove the Nipple-Areola Complexes Completely?

Hi, I am a 19 (almost 20) year old trans guy who's been on T for almost 6 years, and who got keyhole top surgery in June of 2022. My areolas still make me dysphoric and uncomfortable since they are kind of bigger despite the pec muscle I have built up. I am wondering if it would be possible to just remove both of my nipple areola complexes completely. I'd rather just have a scar on each pec than areolas and nipples. I'm 5'7; ~170 lbs with some fat on abdomen but solid muscle mass on arms, back, chest, and legs, and good skin elasticity from what I can tell.
