Unhappy with the contour and shape of my chest - can this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello, I am 11 months out from my masculinizing top surgery (double incision FNG). I am unhappy with how much fat my doctor left - a lot of people like my results but I truly expected a flatter chest. From my POV when I look down it looks like small breasts. I’m curious if there is anything I can do about this / if it looks feminine to you. When I slouch it is also super the Entire layer of skin on my chest falls over. My right nipple also does not have a bud and little pigmentation. Also fat deposits near my armpits were not removed at all even though I paid for liposuction.

Periareolar vs. Double Incision? (Photos)

Since you are young and your over-all breast volume is not too large, a periareolar, subcutaneous mastectomy is the best option. The scar would only be located on the lower half of the areola borders and your results will be pleasing.

In order to reduce the over-all Breast Volume and obtain a completely flat chest, I would recommend the Double Incision Mastectomy. The Periareolar approach is also possible, but with a 50% reduction in volume in order to avoid leaving behind loose skin.
