Inverted V Deformity? (Photos)

Question

Does this look like an inverted V? Ive always felt this big groove between the cartilage and boney part bit im now 10 months with thin skin and since my skin started shrink wrapping it became more visibe. Cant really get it on a pic but if you connect the dots you kinda see. I also aalready hae an open roof on the left ;(

Unfortunately, based on the pictures you provided, it does appear that it is an inverted V deformity.

Injectable fillers, fat grafts can help but revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. The procedure typically involves repositioning the nasal bones and upper lateral cartilage, as well as filling in the depression with cartilage grafts or other materials.

Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided it seems like you have inverted v deformity but without face to face consultation it would be wrong to say for sure. Will be much better If you can talk with your surgeon. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. I agree that this visible area between your bone and cartilage is due to the fact that you have thin nasal skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections can help to smooth the transition and fill indentations for a smoother and less operated appearance. I hope this is helpful. You do have an inverted V. You should not be able to see the transition from the bone to cartilage. You might try fillers prior to commuting to a surgical revision

It does appear that you have a subtle inverted-V deformity. As you noted, your thin skin doesn't camouflage any minor irregularities.

If you are functionally doing well, consider make-up to cover up or even a filler, if performed by an experienced injector.
