Inverted V Deformity? (Photos)

Will be much better If you can talk with your surgeon. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It does appear that you have a subtle inverted-V deformity. As you noted, your thin skin doesn't camouflage any minor irregularities.

If you are functionally doing well, consider make-up to cover up or even a filler, if performed by an experienced injector.

I agree that this visible area between your bone and cartilage is due to the fact that you have thin nasal skin. You do have an inverted V. You should not be able to see the transition from the bone to cartilage. You might try fillers prior to commuting to a surgical revision

Injectable fillers, fat grafts can help but revision rhinoplasty may be necessary. The procedure typically involves repositioning the nasal bones and upper lateral cartilage, as well as filling in the depression with cartilage grafts or other materials.

Your nose look like a inverted V deformity, u will probably need spreader grafts to fix this problem
