Answer: Cartilage depression from glasses The correction of permanent dents on the sides of your nose may be possible through the use of cartilage grafts. Cartilage grafting is a surgical technique where cartilage is harvested from another area of your body, such as the septum or the ear, and then used to reshape or reconstruct specific areas of the nose. During the procedure, the surgeon will typically make small incisions to access the cartilage grafting site and the dented areas of the nose. The harvested cartilage is then carefully placed to fill in the dents and provide structural support. The procedure can often be performed under local anesthesia, depending on the complexity of the case and your surgeon's preferences. It's important to note that the success of the procedure and the permanence of the results can vary depending on various factors, including the skill and experience of the surgeon, the condition of your nose, and your individual healing process. While cartilage grafts can provide long-lasting results, it's still possible for some degree of natural changes to occur over time due to factors such as aging and tissue elasticity. To determine if cartilage grafting is a suitable option for you, it's recommended to consult with a qualified and experienced facial plastic surgeon or a plastic surgeon specializing in rhinoplasty. They can assess your specific situation, evaluate the dents on your nose, and provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs. During the consultation, your surgeon will discuss the procedure in detail, explain the potential risks and benefits, and address any concerns you may have. They will also be able to provide you with a more accurate understanding of the expected results and the longevity of the correction based on your individual case. I hope this helps, Best of luck !
