I had an upper bleph 16 months ago followed by a revision to my left eye 5 months ago. Would further treatment benefit me or am I best leaving it as is? I’d just like to see some eyelid. Thank you.

Hi! It sounds like you may have a combination of brow and eyelid asymmetry, which is very common. The heavier eyelid on one side could be due to brow position, eyelid muscle strength (ptosis), or excess skin.

At least from the one smiling photo provided, there appears to be a smile-related wrinkle to the sides of the eye. If this is so, this would likely be a crow's feet wrinkle for which Botox would be the appropriate, non-invasive means for treating it and preventing the situation from worsening. ...
