Unfortunately upper and lower blepharoplasty didn’t go well. I’m left with Lagophtalmos, developed severe dry eye. I’m being treated for DE by ophthalmologist with little relief. There’s no doubt in my mind that surgical intervention is in my future. I can close my eyes but my blink is incomplete and they open during sleep. If I mobilize my lower and upper lids I can create a forced blink. My plastic surgeon says there’s nothing to be done surgically, they just do t align properly and I should treat my DE with medication. I’m a little over 3 months PO and will wait till six months but I’m starting my search for specialist to assess and revise. I just hope the revision is possible.

Your blepharoplasty is pulling down your eyebrow. Further blepharoplasty will only make this worse.
You need a browlift to restore the previous height of your eyebrows.
Best wishes
