What are the risks of transferring fat to the buccal space? I had buccal fat removed (less than half a golf ball size) from each side. Since the removal, my face had changed significantly! Sagging, wrinkles, loss of glow. I even hate my smile I don’t want to do fillers the rest of my life. Will the transfer of fat back to the buccal space lift my face back into position to where it was? What is the downtime for this? Can I get an HA filler and have it dissolved before the procedure?
