Hi, You look fine. It just looks like you are trying not to laugh, or you are holding back on your full emotion. Some people will do that if they aren’t happy with their teeth and are afraid to smile with teeth. Perhaps if you are writing from Germany, the culture frowns upon showing too much emotion, so you are afraid to smile with teeth for that reason. Perhaps the reason the corners of the mouth appear to go down is that you are smiling which lifts the cheeks and corners of the mouth, but you are intentionally or unintentionally covering all of your teeth which purses your lower lip and causes a slight indentation at the corners of your mouth. My guess is that this is not the case when you are not smiling and you look fine. Hope this provides you with some value. Good luck. Best, Dr. Yang

You don’t need any intervention from an outside agency in order to help your smile. All you have to do is spend some time in front of a mirror and control your smile to the point where you like what you see. Practice is all it takes. Good luck from your city Plastic Surgery
Hello, and thanks for your question. Best practice is to ask the patient to smile and frown before injecting the botox, however it isn't necessarily wrong if it is not done. You may want to seek out another clinic if you feel uncomfortable going there. Best of luck to you! Sincerely, James...
