Botox down-time is fairly short (24-48 hrs) and can be softened with Venus Legacy and Thermage treatments if not happy. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi @musiclover11. Botox can help reduce the droopy nose when injected underneath the septum of the nose. This will freeze the depressor septi nasi muscle and will allow the nose to have more of a lifted look when smiling. I hope this was helpful!
