Your forehead dent looks like a combination of a muscle effect and loss of subcutaneous tissue. I feel that both Botox and a filler would solve your issues. I would try Botox alone first. If still unsatisfied after 2 weeks, go back for the filler. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Hi @musiclover11. Botox can help reduce the droopy nose when injected underneath the septum of the nose. This will freeze the depressor septi nasi muscle and will allow the nose to have more of a lifted look when smiling. I hope this was helpful!
