Morpheus would be the best treatment for skin tightening. If you are considering surgical options, you are a candidate for Buccal Fat Removal and Jawline Lipo. Removing buccal fat would decrease some of the fullness in your lower cheeks, while removing some weight off the jowls. The jawline lipo will also help to reduce the jowls and tighten the skin around your jaw. Depending on what exactly you are looking for, jawline contouring may also be an option. This procedure would reduce some of the width of your lower face by essentially shaving down the jawline to create a thinner, more defined jawline. You may also be a candidate for Botox in the jaw muscles. This can help to reduce their size over time, creating a slimmer appearance.
