Would Botox, filler or Morpheus8 be the best option to target heaviness in the lower face after neck liposuction? (photos)

I have had neck lipo (botched) and I feel like my lower face says. I hate my downward smile and just the heaviness overall. One side is skinnier. I finally have a little bit of money to do something. Wondering what that is. Botox in the jaw? Filler in the cheek to lift what I think are jowls? Anything is much appreciated .

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Morpheus would be the best treatment for skin tightening. If you are considering surgical options, you are a candidate for Buccal Fat Removal and Jawline Lipo. Removing buccal fat would decrease some of the fullness in your lower cheeks, while removing some weight off the jowls. The jawline lipo will also help to reduce the jowls and tighten the skin around your jaw. Depending on what exactly you are looking for, jawline contouring may also be an option. This procedure would reduce some of the width of your lower face by essentially shaving down the jawline to create a thinner, more defined jawline. You may also be a candidate for Botox in the jaw muscles. This can help to reduce their size over time, creating a slimmer appearance. My recommendation would be to do some research and consider buccal fat removal with the jawline lipo. These are done through the mouth (no external incisions), can be done under local anesthetic and completed at the same time. On top of that, Morpheus will also help to tighten and define your features. This can be the final step to really get you the best results.

At least from the photos provided, it would appear that appropriately placed boluses of a robust HA lifting filler in the upper outer cheeks would likely create a more oval, heart-shaped face and secondarily  provide some lift to help to minimize the downturned corners of the mouth, although it is very likely that additional lifting filler will need to be injected at the angles of the mouth to elevate and straighten them. Finally, HA filler can be used, if still necesssary to better define and straighten the jawline. All of the foregoing can be performed, in experienced hands, in one treatment session of about 20-30 minutes with immediate, on the spot improvement, and little to no significant downtime. Make sure to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
