I will answer assuming that HA filler was injected into the lip and the bump is from the filler. Filler injected in approximately the past 72 should smooth out with direct pressure. If this is not possible then evaluation at 2 weeks would be prudent. At that point the filler can be dissolved if necessary, using Hylenex.

One of the main objectives in Lip Augmentation is to improve the symmetry of the lips. This includes balancing the top and bottom lip. I don't see any reason that you wouldn't be able to improve the profile of your lips.

It's difficult to estimate the duration of your results. Duration will depend on the condition of your skin, the depth of the marionette lines, the amount of sagging, and the amount of filler injected. It is important that you take the time to determine your exact treatment goal. Any calculation of treatment duration will depend on your subjective expectation of success. Voluma is a filler that may be better suited for your case but you would have to discuss this with your treating Doctor.

Treating the Glabella area usually raises the eyebrows more uniformly then you have described. Having lowered eyebrows in the middle area and raised eyebrows laterally would be a more common issue in forehead injections. It would appear that the Glabella injections were done too high or that the Botox spread from the central Glabella into the lower forehead. This would cause lowering of the middle brow and raising of the lateral brow. Treatment would be to knock down the lateral brow slightly using lower lateral forehead injections and place Botox in the lower Procerus.

Dr Kaplan is the best. He has a keen eye and helped identify the best treatment to address my concerns. Minimal to no bruising at injection site and results were amazing.
