Can I get Lumecca done if I have a history of vitiligo on my face?

I have quite a few larger sun spots on my cheeks and wanted to get Lumecca done, but I have a history of vitiligo. The vitiligo was treated with topical ointments when I was younger and most of the pigment came back and has been stable since. I have had micro needling done multiple times with no issue, would it be safe to get IPL done?

You are at greater risk of developing areas of hypopigmentation, and this would most likely be permanent.
