In your opinion, what can Lumecca IPL be best paired with to address PIH and PIE? (Photos)

this redness and pigmentation needs clear and brilliant laser and in office BBL or vbeam I wouldnt use lumecca. also proper skincare, peels at home are more needed than you think (see link).
