which is better for hyperpigmention treatment lumecca or combination of lumecca and fractora? and does fractora cause sking sagging after few years of stopping treatment

Fractora helps tighten and resurface the skin and is so great with only 3 days of downtime. It won't be worse if you stop doing it later.  It only goes down slowly but the fact that you kept helping your skin with fractora is only a big plus. Lumecca and fractora together is great for hyperpigmentation.

We can totally combine the two treatments. Lumecca addresses the hyperpigmentation and sun spots. Hyperpigmentation due to Melasma cannot be treated with Lumecca. Laser genesis is safer to use in melasma. Fractora is more of a resurfacing treatment and does not address hyperpigmentation. radiofrequency technology is kind of Color blind as compared to Lumecca which is a laser based technology with Intense pulsed light which draws the pigment to the surface.

Thank you for your question. Lumecca is an IPL device that is excellent for treating hyperpigmentation. Fractora is an RF needle based device which helps to tighten the skin and while it does not specifically target pigment, there can be some improvements in pigmentation and evening of skin tones. Fractora will not cause laxity of the skin over time. Rather, the skins natural aging processes would be responsible for that.
