Keep in mind, a combination approach for cellulite is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. See an expert for a formal evaluation. There is no cure but you can get good improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.
Cellfina is good for larger and discrete cellulite dimples. If used incorrectly cellfina can cause subcutaneous scarring which can make the condition more apparent.

Fat grafting to this area seems like a reasonable option. Your doctor must feel that that it does not appear to be a remaining cellulite dimple. The Cellfina company now will provide a second therapy at no cost if a dimple returns after a year.
