Why do some patients say their cellulite got worse after cellfina?

I don't understand how this procedure can make cellulite worse. Can someone please elaborate?

This is difficult to answer without an in-person evaluation. For best results with Cellfina, it needs to be combined with other treatments like Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. ...

Recovery after Cellfina can take 6-12 months to seea final result. Lumpiness, bruising and discoloration are  usually temporary. Be encourage and give itsome time. Kybella is not for cellulite treatment.Discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Fat grafting to this area seems like a reasonable option. Your doctor must feel that that it does not appear to be a remaining cellulite dimple. The Cellfina company now will provide a second therapy at no cost if a dimple returns after a year.
