Why do some patients say their cellulite got worse after cellfina?

I don't understand how this procedure can make cellulite worse. Can someone please elaborate?

Keep in mind, a combination approach for cellulite is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra or renuva, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. Cellfina is good for larger and discrete cellulite dimples.  If used incorrectly cellfina can cause subcutaneous scarring which can make the condition more apparent.
