From the photo, you appear to be very petite. The 305cc implant may fit you quite well. However, I have had very happy petite patients with smaller implants in the low to mid 200cc range. I would suggest trying on your current choice along with some smaller implants, if all you are wanting is a full B cup. Good luck!

Hi,Thanks for your question. You appear to be a very petite person with a small farm. However, without being able to examine and measure you, I cannot give you a definitive answer. In our practice we use Vectra 3D imaging for breast augmentation patients so that they can see a realistic view of what they will look like with the implant they use.

For a full B cup result you should probably be in the 250cc range. A 305cc in you would likely be considered a small C cup.

From your photograph it appears that you have a petite body. In my experience about a 300 mL implant would be in the middle between a full b and a small c depending on the bra. In our office, we use a Vectra 3D imaging platform which is extremely accurate your situation in showing the difference between those two implants that you are considering. I assume that your plastic surgeon measured the base width of your breast and that the diameter of the 305 implant matches the base width of your breast or is smaller. The 305 masy increase you 2 cup sizes in the same style and manufacturer of bra that you currently wear. The 305 will likely make you a C cup. To learn more read bellow:
