I am researching to see if it is ok to get breast implants before having our first child, I would plan to breastfeed so I would be going for a crease incision. Either way I wish to get the surgery done before having a second child so in this case would it really make sense to wait until after the first as I will get the same outcome after my second child (if all goes well) I am 5,8" 68kg and currently a 36DD UK size.

Answer: Implants before baby It is hard impossible to know how your breast will respond to another pregnancy. Breat implants themselves will not interfere with breast feeding and would not affect your baby but any changes in your breast shape or volume might mean another surgery after your second child. There is not right answer other than for you to understand that you may need a lift after your pregnancy. Weather to wait or go ahead with the implants is adiscussion for you, your partner, and your surgeon. GOOD LUCK.

Answer: surgery before pregnancy There is no definitive answer to this question. Surgery can be done so that you can breast feed. Pregnancy causes changes in the breast and how much change cannot be predicted. Safe to say that you made want a secondary procedure after having children.
