6 months after ptosis surgery - Are these my final results or will I continue to see change? Concerned about asymmetry (photos)

I am curious about the outcome of my bilateral ptosis surgery on June 20th 2022. There is a clear difference - but my left eye is still significantly droopier than my right eye. Will this continue to improve or are these the results I should expect. If these are the results, will a second surgery be beneficial for the left eye?

You have bilateral ptosis that appears symmetrical. You need an in person evaluation to see your eyelid excursion and levator function to determine what is the best procedure for your. A ptosis correction with levator advancement may be a good option.

I would first get evaluated as to your uneven pupil diameter. This may be concerning for a lesion in the parasympathetic pathways.

Although muller's/conjunctival resection has a lower chance of creating dry eye than levator advancement or resection, there is still a possibility as the eye is more open with more exposure to tear film evaporation.
