I underwent incisional upper blepharoplasty 3 months ago (7/18) and I am unsatisfied with the results. The cut crease is too high to my liking. The position of the crease also makes my eyes have a semi-circle-ish shape and they appear downturned. I want hidden double eyelids and oval-shaped eyes . I also want my eyelids to lift. I could do this w/ double eyelid tapes pre-op, but it's really hard to do now with a defined crease.

Answer: Now you are in the realm of revisional surgery.
Although muller's/conjunctival resection has a lower chance of creating dry eye than levator advancement or resection, there is still a possibility as the eye is more open with more exposure to tear film evaporation.
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. Your mild ptosis could probably be corrected with with minimal surgery. You should be evaluated in person by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon who can guide you in choosing the best option. I hope this helps.
Good luck!
