Does these lumps look normal for 4 weeks after Smart Lipo? (Photo)

Question

I'm just trying to see if my results are in line with what is considered normal a month after SmartLipo (the fat was 'sucked out' after the laser). I had about 1300cc removed and have noticed some very uneven areas and I just want to see if this is considered normal. I'm sure there is still some swelling at this point but dont like how I look. Please note I have some scars from a previous laparoscopic surgery, I'm mainly concerned with the larger irregularities that can be seen in the photos.

The majority of lumps and contour irregularities in the first few weeks after lipo are the result of fluid trapped in the tissues. This is best managed by frequent professional massages starting soon after surgery and a properly fitted compression garment. Over time these will resolve.

This can be normal.  4 weeks is still early in the process, and full results can take 3-6 months.  You should begin massage to the area, whether professional, or even at home.  Firm, circular motions to soften the tissue and increase the circulation.  During shower or bath is great as well, because the heat helps dilate the blood vessels.Professional lymphatic massage is also very good, as well as hot wrap therapy.Since you had SmartLipo, I assume they treated the skin with the laser as well.  Full skin tightening takes 6 months from the procedure date.  After this, any loose skin may need additional procedures.
