I had smart lipo on my inner thighs and lower abdomen and 2000 cc of fat were removed how many pounds is that ? Before surgery I was 144 I'm still very swollen and weighted my self at the end of my second week and I'm 134 and everyday I look smaller .

Fat that is removed during liposuction is measured in liters. A liter of fat weighs about 2 pounds. This applies only to the fat, not the fluid that is removed.
