4 month post op; any doctor operated to restore a patient's nose to look like before?

hey doctors i my self will try a revision rhinoplasty to restore my old nose if that's possible(not my exact nose for sure), so I been seeing also many people at the same boat as I wanting their pre surgery noses. My question is, did any doctor operated to restore a patient's nose to look like before? I had my septum lowered 2mm, tip rotation 2mm, cephalic trimming, alar cartilage reshaped. my nose don't look so different from my original. but its much smaller and less attractive on my face.

It is very frustrating for patients to be patient in regard to swelling!  Your result looks most pleasing.  The swelling is normal and I urge you to wait and to speak to your surgeon about any concerns.

I am so sorry that you are having to go through this.  As has been stated by others, this is generally an area that heals quite well and has minimal risk of hypertrophic scarring.  I would not recommend jumping in to any type of revision but continue to treat the area with non-invasive or m...
