32-34 B wanting to be a full C at most small D. Recommended Motiva Ergonomix Full 425. Thoughts?

Implant size discussion and implant selection is one of the most important steps during your consultation with plastic surgeon. The decision-making process depends on patient’s desires, as well as breast and soft tissue dimensions.

425cc size implant should give you a full C, small D cup results.

I suggest that you seek an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to discuss your goals and concerns for the best cosmetic results. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. The most important thing to do before having surgery is to make sure that what you see as a full C small D is the same thing that your surgeon sees. Breast cup sizing is highly variable and the only way to tease this out before surgery is to ensure you and your surgeon are on the same page. As a separate thought, if you are a B cup and want to be a full C using a 425 cc implant does seem large but again I can't say for sure without seeing your photos and then making sure that what I think is a full C cup breast is what you see as a full C cup breast.

Selecting an implant is best done during an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. During this important meeting your surgeon will examine you and discuss your surgical goals. Once a range of possible implants is determined, many surgeons have samples available that you can "try on" to give you a feel for how you may look after surgery. This should help you decide which matches best with your body.

I would suggest trying on that size so you can get a better idea of what you may have. With 425 cc's, you will probably gain 3 cups in size.

The key to a quality breast augmentation is understanding your candidacy for the procedure, and choosing the right provider.
In the hands of the right plastic surgeon, you’ll have a quality outcome or with minimal chance of it needing revision surgery, and correct guidance into choosing the right size and shape implant.
To find the right plastic surgeon, I suggest having multiple inperson consultations with plastic surgeons who do a lot of a breast surgery.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients.
Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of a providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like, what a patient with your characteristics results will be or how many of these procedures the surgeon has actually done.
The more consultations, you have the more likely you are to find the best provider.
Bing board-certified plastic surgery does not mean if somebody has mastered anyone single procedure.
Your candidacy, and the choice of providers are the two primary variables that determine the outcome.
