Where should I get fillers and what type? What would be approximate cost?
Answer: A light touch with fillers You have very good facial structure and definition, so I would suggest a very conservative approach overall. The biggest shadow in your face is the tear trough, so I would address that first. I prefer restylane for that region, although we have also used volbella off label there as well with success. The second issue is your marionette lines. The filler of choice here in my practice is juvederm for that site, but any remaining restylane (after the eyes are addressed) or even juvederm ultra plus would be reasonable. The last area would be a very small amount along the bottom of your jawline just in front of the jowl region. That prejowl sulcus is starting to show the very earliest sign of volume loss so it would very easily respond to a light application of any of the fillers. Overall I prefer the hyaluronic acid fillers for your situation. Do your research for local providers and you should anticipate a very soft natural result!

Answer: Fillers for Facial Rejuvenation Hello, I think you are an excellent candidate for non-surgical rejuvenation with fillers. With age, changes in bone and soft tissue anatomy cause noticeable demarcations between aesthetic regions of the face. Fillers (or fat) can be used to smooth these demarcations and make the transitions less noticeable. Depending on the preference and experience of the physician injection, you should consider fillers to smooth your eyelid-cheek junction, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, pre jowl sulcus, and malar area. Please seek a practitioner who knows how to utilize a full range of products and has a deep understanding of anatomy in these areas. Best of luck.

Answer: Where should I do fillers to look younger? Hello, Thank you for your question. In my opinion, the photo you have provided is not enough to offer you the best option. However, it is possible that fillers in the temple area, under the eye area, and maybe a touch of fillers in the perioral area might improve your looks. Start with a consultation with a trusted and reputable physician and go slow with small amounts of reversible fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane.

Answer: Fillers and beauty first of all you are a pretty woman. That is good. Pretty women do well with fillers. It may be the lighting but the lines under your eyes is a noticeable thing to me. Some fillers do well on this area. Also maybe the marionette lines just below the lips. Those are very common places that people lose volume as they age. Hope this helps. Best of luck,DrC

Answer: Nonsurgical facial rejuvenation Non-surgical facial rejuvenation with fillers and Botox are an excellent option for many patients, and can potentially delay the need for surgical interventions. There are a variety of injectable treatments we can use to address signs of aging in the face. These injectable treatments are safe and can be performed in clinic, with virtually no downtime afterwards. These non-surgical treatments can temporarily prevent wrinkles, fill in lines, and replace lost volume due to aging in areas including the cheeks and midface. In order to determine which fillers are best for you, or if you would benefit from Botox injections, a proper physical exam is necessary. I recommend consultation with a facial plastic surgeon.
