Is there anyway for me to tell I have a melanoma now that the mole is not visible to the eye?

I got a raised mole removed with a zapper back in januari 2022 (coagulation). It was performed by a skin therapist after my doctor check it out and had no concerns. The mole is completely gone now on the surface. My question is; what if the mole starts to become a melanoma? Is there anyway for me to tell I have a melanoma now that the mole is not visible to the eye.
