A week or two ago I noticed this dark spot on my finger. It's strangely shaped and a lot darker than some of my other moles on my body (I don't have many moles). Is this something a doctor has to look at? It kind of appeared during the time when I was out in the sun a lot (you'll notice on my finger that I have a sun allergy). But it's the first time in my life I got something like that on my finger/hand. I'm 32 and male.

After looking at the pictures you provided I would recommend that you go see a dermatologist. That darker lesion has some characteristics that look odd, but it may just be the photo quality. That being said it's better to be safe rather than sorry.
