Why is my philtrum too short? (Photo)

My Philtrum is too short, which makes m ugly and my nose is too long. If it is possible to reduce nose length and increase Philtrum.

The reason your lip seems short is related to the pull your nasal hump exerts on it. A rhinoplasty can release the tight upper lip and make it seem longer.

you got a over projecting Nasal tip and a hanging columella ,also your skin looks on thicker side ,this can be helped by Rhinoplasty by a experienced surgeon
