I work in a private bar that sells cigars and allows smoking inside. The secondhand smoke is extremely heavy and my nose is usually very stuffy for 12 hours after I get off work. I want a rhinoplasty but am concerned about the heavy secondhand smoke effecting my surgery and healing process. How long should I take off work before and after surgery to ensure the best possible outcome?

Steroid injections are mostly recommended and needed after a rhinoplasty on a thick skinned nose. It’s usually done after 1st, 2nd and 3rd month. Sometimes it’s enough to get only one injection. But it’s not a rule, and it can also be done even after a year.
You got a over projecting Nasal tip and a hanging columella ,also your skin looks on thicker side ,this can be helped by Rhinoplasty by a experienced surgeon
Hello! Thank you for your question. There is no problem in using vitamin c.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
