I have migraines that are triggered by 2 medial points near my right brow. I currently receive forehead Botox injections -very helpful for my headaches.I also need a brow lift because I have brow asymmetry due to partial weakness over my right brow/face from a previous skullbase surgery. -Best to perform corrugator resection with an open coronal incision or endoscopically? -Best practices for concave defect repair? -Concurrent facelift ok?
