Thank you for your question. Yes, you can undergo a direct brow lift. The advantage of this approach is that is offers more precise control of the amount of lift. However, the major downside is that there is a scar above the eyebrow. Normally it heals well, but it's something to take into consideration, especially since your eyebrows are thin. From the photos that you have provided, it looks like you would be a good candidate upper blepharoplasty. An upper blepharoplasty is a procedure that involves removing the excess skin on your upper eyelids which is creating that hooded appearance. The procedure involves measuring the amount of extra skin needed to be excised to ensure symmetry. Additionally, possible fat reduction procedures to the aframe of your eyes could be considered. A double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, such as myself, would be an ideal provider to help you achieve your goals. This could be done in office under local anesthesia or you may go under general anesthesia. Ultimately, both provide the same results and mostly depend on your preference of being awake or asleep during the procedure. I would NOT do a direct browlift in your case. I typically never do direct browlifts on young females because of potential scarring and other viable browlifting options (endoscopic vs pretrichial). That being said, a previous coronal lift does not limit your options moving forward. You may also benefit from upper eyelid surgery with skin removal and reduction of the brow fat pad. Best to see an eyelid expert in your area.

It would be very rare in my practice to suggest direct brow lift (with scar placed within eyebrow) to a patient like you. It is possible that endoscopic brow lift would create desired result? Conservative upper blepharoplasty may also be considered. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon (second, third opinion) is recommended. Good luck.

Yes this may be possible but I would need to see where the incision was made. I have done several thousand of these including your problem but each one is different depending on how your coronal was done. See a VERY experienced surgeon who can show you his results with the hair pulled back.

Based only upon the 2 posted photos, I would recommend only upper lid blepharoplasties for now. The direct eyebrow lift could leave a noticeable scar.
