I recommend an eccentric donut mastopexy to pull the higher nipple down and lower as well as more medial. The nipple-areola complex can be slightly enlarged.

In most patient this'd kind of mild nipple position asymmetry is due to the fact that it existed before surgery. If patient did not noticed that before and, in particular, if surgeon did not bring it to your attention before surgery, it is always defined as a result of surgery. Unfortunately, we do not have your before photos to compare. Correction can be achieved only by creating the car around areola which may be more visible than current asymmetry. I hope this helps.

Although the goal is to have breast be symmetric after a procedure, there is often a small degree of asymmetry such as in the volume, shape, or even nipple position.
If the position of your nipple-areolar complex was slightly asymmetric or uneven before surgery, then often times a breast augmentation can actually make those asymmetries more noticable. It can enhance those imperfections.
If the position of your nipple-areolar complex was symmetric and even before surgery, then the placement of the implants (if one implant sits higher than the other), can create an appearance that the nipple-areolar complex is uneven. Additionally, excessive scar tissue in one breast may cause the nipple areolar complex to be uneven.
This can be corrected by doing a peri-areolar lift, in which excess skin surrounding your areola, is excised in a ring-like fashion, then sutured together. This would help to bring the areola in a more even position, but at the cost of a scar surrounding your areola.

Absolute symmetry does not exist.

It is important to remember that augmentation magnifies everything (flaws included). It is likely that the mild difference in NAC position was present pre-op and is now magnified by the augmentation.

NAC asymmetry can be corrected via mastopexy. Slight differences may be amenable to "donut"/Benelli/circumareolar mastopexy.

As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

All breasts are uneven right to left before and after any surgery. They can also heal differently.

The higher nipple side should be evaluated for tight implant pocket raising the breast and nipple vs prop asymmetry.

A minor lift may be indicated for better symmetry, nipple position, etc, but will never be identical.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to further discuss your best options and expectations.
