Would love to know ways you could stimulate the face and facial muscles as I am aware of jade rolling and facial massages but was curious if there are any other ways / new treatments on the market. Thank you for your answers and help in advance.
Answer: Facial Stimulation Hello Polite7833, my name is Melanie I am a Medical Aesthetician at Aesthetic Skin located in Chicago, IL this is a great question. There are many ways to promote facial stimulation to skin during treatments. my favorite way to provide facial stimulation during medical treatments is through laser resurfacing treatments. Laser target the outer layer of the skin however, the laser heats the underlying skin which stimulates collagen production resulting in improved skin tone and texture and leaves skin with a healthy glow. We have many laser options at our office. Please feel free to give our office a call to schedule a consultation. 312-944-0117

Answer: Stimulation facial treatment vs Facelift Hi Polite.I sincerely doubt that a problem of excess skin and sagging of various facial structures with loss of fat and bone volume are modifiable with physical exercises ... it is more or less like trying to lift sagging breasts with biceps exercises ... The result will be very relative and frankly subjective. If objective improvements are desired at the level of the face, the behavior is simple: Cause - Effect - Solution. That is, if there is excess skin (cause), the Effect is the descent of the tissues, deepening the nasolabial line, the puppet line, and creating a flaccid hanging tissue below the previous one, and above an appearance of dark circles. The solution: eliminate such excess tissue by redistributing the tension back up in such a way that it solves all the previous ones. What is done in the muscular plane will not eliminate what happens in the skin, just as doing a lot of abdominal exercises will not disappear the sagging abdominal skin. With a Face Lift each plane (skin, fat, and muscles) are rebalanced according to their needs with a completely natural result since the roots of the problem are corrected. It is not a camouflage type treatment, the needed structure is corrected one by one. But this whole process begins with your photographs. Each case is particular.
