When is it safe to have hifu after Chin Lipo? (photos)

I had Chin Lipo almost 6 months ago and would like to tighten up some loose skin to achieve a more defined jaw line. I still have some lumps and bumps under my chin. I'm wondering if it's ok to have Hifu now?

I have everyone start ultherapy/thermage together 3-6 weeks after lipo or facetite, add morpheus every 2 months, threads yearly, and botox every 3 months.  at home dermarolling should be started now weekly for tightening.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Rippling or lumps and bumps as you call it, is a common side effect after liposuction. I treat it with eadiofrequency devices like Pellevé, Pellefirm or ThermiSmooth, Secret RF radiofrequency microneedling, or HIFU with Ultherapy. You can definitely have Ultherapy now especially since at 6 months most of the remodeling after liposuction is complete.
