33 yo M, have significant natural nasolabial folds that are very prominent when smiling with teeth. Notsure if its natural muscle fat anatomy, skin laxity, low volume, excess skin, but would like to be able to smile laugh and show teeth with much softer smile lines. at rest there is minimal nasolabial fold. should i see a dermatologist for filler, can botox relax certain muscles, laser to tighten cheek skin, or is a plastic procedure needed? Just want to be able to have decent smile with teeth.
