I am a 30-year-old female that recently noticed a slight vertical dent on her left cheek. This dent appeared about three days ago and has remained the same. It is very slight and can only be seen in specific lighting but I feel very self cautious about it. What might cause a dent like this? I don’t remember hitting my face or any type of injury. What are the treatments?
