Hemosiderin stain 10 months after cheek filler - will it go away?

Hello! I had cheek filler done 10 months ago. I have a faint Hemosiderin stain from it still after 10 months. It’s faint so I don’t think lasers are necessary. However, I’m wondering if and when it will go away?

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works...
