Im 19 and i hav these lines since birth.

When someone is born with indentations between the lower eyelid and mid-face, these indentations are usually due to retaining ligaments that go down to the bone. We have had limited success in correcting these with microdroplet Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Thank you for your question and photographed.  The lines that you see anatomically are called Nasojugal folds.

Options to make them less noticeable include dermal filler injections such as Restylane lift or Voluma.  If you choose this method be certain to find a very experienced injector because reducing the appearance of these lines requires a lot of skill.
