Question

I currently have 1ml of filler on my cheekbones and 1ml in my midface. Neither has made much difference. How much filler would I need roughly to restore my ogee curve? Am I better off considering a different procedure? Thank you

How much filler is completely dependent on the patient and injector, but it is good you started slow and can build rather than putting too much in! 
You likely need at least 1-2 syringes per side more in the midface area. 
However, for longer-lasting results, facial fat grafting may be a good option. Of course, a permanent option would be cheek implants.

I would recommend fat grafting combined  with PRP.
provided you have sufficient fat  to harvest.It usually takes more than one procedure

However I can tell you that for an effective restoration of midface fullness I typically use a full cc of either Restylane lift her Voluma on each side for a total of 2 mL

When patients insist I use less the result just is not striking.
