What do I need to slim my cheeks and jaw? (Photos)

I have wide chubby cheeks and i am wondering if i need v line jaw surgery to reduce my jaw or buccal fat removal or botox massetter injections or some sort of fat dissolving injections and what would be the best approach to achieve the look in pic related?

It definitely makes it more difficult, but, we do this after correction of the bite quite frequently.

V line surgery would change your mandibular angles and this would not improve your appearance. I would recommend a vertical reduction genioplasty which will decrease the overall length of your face. The amount of chin projection needs to stay the same so that you maintain the mentolabial fold.
