I want to hava a thinner more v lined shape.Also maybe rhinoplasty.I think i have a square shaped face but want a more feminine face. Please recommend me the procedures i can get

You have made a good self assessment. I think that V line surgery to diminish the width of the angle of your mandible, a reduction rhinoplasty and buccal fat pad reduction will help provide a thinner appearance to your face.

You have several potential treatments to make your face more heart shaped. Here are just a few:
(1) masseter botox - you may have large muscles at the sides of the jaw and these can be reduced with botox.
(2) jaw narrowing - you may need narrowing of the bone at the angles of the mandible.  This done through the mouth so there are no visible incisions.
(3) Cheek augmentation - interestingly, you have the opportunity to improve things with cheek implants. Your cheeks are bit flat and they are making your jaw look proportionally larger.
