Procedure recommendations for jaw slimming? Considering v line surgery but concerned about limited, experienced surgeons (Photo)

I'm interested in vline surgery, but it's difficult to find experienced surgeons in the US (socal). While less risky procedures are ideal (less risk of botching, side effects), I'd like to get the dramatic results that are typical of Korea. I don't speak Korean, so traveling is not an option. Anyone have recommendations for the correct procedure or potential surgeons in LA/California? Thanks

It would be very difficult to give you meaningful advise without in person consultation. Second opinion consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face/neck surgery is recommended. Good luck.

There are only two procedures that can visibly decrease the length of the face, vertical chin and forehead reduction. As least for the lower face you don't need V line surgery you need vertical wedge reduction bony genioplasty.
