I am looking to make my face look more proportionate V-line shaped (pointed chin and less fat when I smile). I like the idea of the V-line surgery but since my face looks small, I need a little bit of length. My jaw slightly curves upward closer to my chin so I think I would need a vertical genioplasty with a v-line to make my chin more pointed / jawline more straight. Don't want fillers or bucal fat removal, temp fix. I also plan to fix my nose prior (this year) and get a face lift later.
