Hello. The swelling of the nasal tip usually settles towards the latter half of the year, so it may still be normal for your nasal tip to be swollen 10 months post-operatively. You may still benefit from steroid injections at this point, and it is best determined by your rhinoplasty surgeon.

I would say it’s quite safe to have wisdom teeth removed after rhinoplasty. It’s unlikely the oral surgeon will have to lean on the new nose.
