Rhinoplasty 1 year post op swelling. Will the upturned nose still go down?

You should be able to see your results clearly at this point. If you’re unhappy with the way your nose looks, you do have options. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to discuss revision rhinoplasty if you want to make further modifications.
