i have a deep line only on one side of my nose that bothers me. how do i get rid of it

As far as I can understand from your question it will be useful to consult a dermatologist.
If you can send your photos from better light and front and side profile we can make better evaluation for rhinoplasty.
It would be better face to face consultation.

The photo you provided is blurry but you may need fat transfer or filler to correct the deep line.

That is your alar crease and it looks fairly normal.
I do not recommend surgical intervention for this.
