Why is my nose less refined after almost 1 year post surgery? (Photo)

I agree that you appear to have a bit more swelling above your tip in the second photo. The supratip is the best area for a dilute Kenalog injection. Consider asking your surgeon for another, and I believe that eventually this swelling should dissipate. The effect of lasering on your nose is unclear to me, however, lasering only affects the upper layers of the nasal tip skin. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

From the images you have posted it looks like your tip may have drifted down, which is fairly common during the rhinoplasty recovery period, which lasts up to 12 months after surgery.
The loss of tip rotation can lead to loss of the supratip break and make the tip appear less refined. I’d recommend you discuss this with your surgeon as an in person exam from the person who did your operation will offer the best information.
