I had a rhinoplasty for the first time on feb 2023. In April-may my nose looked very refined and good from the side profile, but almost a year later is looking more bulbous and from what I know, the nose should be getting smaller??? In the two weeks following my Op I got three steroids injections and CO2 Laser on the nose. Does that have smth to do with it? I really want my nose to look like it looked in mai. Why is this happening, what can I do?? Thank you!!

If you have a lot of oil glands in your nose, this may be leading to a thicker nasal tip appearance. Sometimes a low-dose of isotretinoin may be helpful. This is typically prescribed by a dermatologist. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
