I have already done buccal fat removal, chip lipo, and chin filler. Would Morpheus8 be beneficial for reducing the thick/fat skin on the bottom along my jaw (see picture where I am pinching the fat)? Or, would jawline or cheek filler help to balance the fullness to make me look slimmer? I am a 29 year old female with an average body type (but have always had a full face even when I was much thinner). Please help, I feel like I can’t get rid of my round face!
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Morpheus8 to melt unwanted fat and tighten the skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Face Slimming; Answer Thank you for your question. We have an amazing procedure called FaceTite that uses a cannula with radio frequency (heat) to burn/melt the fat and then remove the fat cells with liposuction. We then do more superficial skin tightening after to make sure that you are not left with any unwanted laxity. We would love to have you come in for a complementary consultation to see the area in person and to give you more in- depth information.

Answer: How can I reduce lower face fullness? combined and bespoke approach of Morpheus 8/Facetite and dermal fillers Hi, Thank you for your question and photos. Based on my experience in clinical practice, I typically combine dermal fillers with Morpheus8 ( and possibly Facetite) to address facial fullness and achieve further refinement and contouring. After conducting a detailed facial assessment, I usually begin with fillers to provide support on the middle and lower face and improve balance among different areas of the face. Jawline filler can be particularly effective in creating a more defined and contoured jawline, while cheek filler can help balance out any asymmetries or hollows for a more youthful and proportionate appearance. After 2 to 4 weeks, I typically start with Morpheus 8 (in some case 1 session of Facetite) , which involves 3 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. In some cases, I may also combine Morpheus8 with Exilis Ultra 360 to improve skin tightening in the jawline and submental area. Morpheus 8 involves microneedling and Radiofrequency and could be quite discomfort at high level of energy for better results. For this reason, in my clinic , Morpheus 8 is performed by a doctor with experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce the discomfort. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a doctor or surgeon who specializes in dermal fillers and skin tightening procedures for a detailed evaluation of your facial anatomy and a customized treatment plan. Best Wishes, Dr. Giuseppe Fiore
